Wait until you see what I’m shopping for in this week’s Friday Favorites!

With all of the renovations here at the new house, it’s really starting to take shape!

There are so many rooms to address.

From thrifting to online shopping, I’m finding some great stuff for our new-to-us 1850 farmhouse.

And while I’m shopping around for stuff, I’m going to share my favorites with you from the week.

Because I’m doing A LOT of shopping and finding great stuff!

And the funny thing is, it’s so random.

Like I’m all over the place with what I’m looking for! LOL!

Oftentimes people ask about what I’m using, wearing, or decorating with, so I’m going to share it all here with you first!

But I’m finding SO MANY neat things that I’m highlighting my top picks from the week thinking you’ll love them too!

And by the way, there is no particular order or genre of items – just things I’m shopping for!

Here’s What I Found This Week For My Friday Favorites!

I’m on the hunt for a dining room area rug as well as my trip to Roundtop, Texas next week.

I need new clothes, y’all. I need it!

And the conference is a great reason to shop for new attire, am I right?

Wait until you see the cool things I found this week!

Margot Oriental Area Rug in Antique/Sage by Loloi

So originally, I was leaning towards a woven ivory textured look.

But as I thought about it more, my dogs come in and out through those french doors in the dining room all the time.

Their sometimes muddy paws would wreck an all ivory rug.

And I read in the reviews they were not easy to clean.

With two black labs who shed and have muddy paws, that won’t work for my lifestyle. Although I do love the look.

So I was shopping around and found this one by Loloi.

It’s on backorder for like 12-14 weeks, but totally worth it.

I’m not in any rush and I think it will look beautiful in the dining room.

Adelia White/Brown 11″ Metal Table Vase

Not sure whether I’ll buy this one or just use it for inspiration to makeover something I find at the thrift store.

Either way, it’s gorgeous right?

I love the lines and vintage look.

Boho Dresses from Amazon

Since I’m heading to Texas in a few days for the Haven Video Mavens conference, of course I had to shop around for some new outfits.

I LOVE these dresses and bought two of them. One in this orange pattern and one in blue.

The fit is true to size and I thought it would work well with or without a jean jacket.

It’s super comfy too, so I might wear it to travel out there too.

Speaking of dresses, I also bought two of these in different colors.

I used to have something similar back when I met Chris and it was a go-to dress for me.

Much like these, that one was so comfortable to wear. I really regret donating it years ago. But I digress.

Anyway, these dresses fit true to size as well and are very figure flattering.

Boho Spring Top

I also bought this top to wear with a pair of flare jeans.

It’s so pretty right?

Sometimes less is more and I love the simplicity of this top.

Vans Womens Low Top Trainers

I needed to update my footwear too because we are shopping at Roundtop in Texas and I’m going to need some good comfy kicks to pare with my new dresses.

As an aside, I love Vans and have several pairs, but haven’t updated them in a while.

They last forever so it’s worth the investment when you buy them.

I just ordered these to kick around in and hope they arrive before I leave on Sunday!
