The 10 Days of Christmas
I’m super excited to share each day with some of my favorite holiday ideas as part of the 10 Days of Christmas.
The bloggers I’m sharing with are some of the best in the home decor niche and I feel very blessed to be a part of something so fun with so many talented ladies.
If you are new here, I’m Stacy, a self-taught master gardener who lives and gardens in north-central New Jersey, zone 6a.
We recently moved to a beautiful 1850 Farmhouse with 10 acres of gardens, sculptures, and statues.
I’ve been gardening for over 20 years and enjoy helping beginner gardeners find their inner green thumb, as well as discover a love for all things plants and flowers. I love to bring the outdoors inside my home too.
I hope you enjoy visiting my home today and hope you come back so we can grow stuff and create beautiful spaces together.

9 Popular Christmas Cookie and Sweet Treat Ideas You Should Try This Year
While I’m excited about all of the glitz, glam, and the season of giving brings, I am super pumped for the Christmas cookie exchanges, hot cocoa bars, and all other things sweet and savory for the holidays.
Are you?
Every year, I promise myself that I’ll spend a lot of time baking and then wind up waiting until the last minute and scrambling for a quick and easy recipe.
Do you do that too?

So this year, I have the same aspirations except I have a little extra incentive to bake in my new kitchen! How fun is that going to be?
I’m not the biggest baker in the family but since we moved to our vintage farmhouse less than a year ago, my family and I have been enjoying the kitchen cooking up all kinds of great dishes that I’ll share at the end of this post.
But I’m a big fan of making soups like creamy balsamic tomato soup, homemade chicken soup, meatballs in Sunday sauce, baked shrimp scampi, and so much more.
But before I turn on my favorite Christmas songs and start baking, wait until you see these 9 popular Christmas cookies and sweet treat ideas you’ll want to try this year!
