If your outdoor living space feels like something is missing, you might need an outdoor area rug.

Outdoor area rugs are a great way to update any patio, deck, or porch.

And there are lots of options to choose from at very reasonable prices so it’s a great place to start when cozying up an outdoor room.

Area rugs anchor living spaces, making them feel warm, cozy, and inviting.

I love the outdoor area rugs that I have but am in the market for a new one for the front porch.

So I’ve been shopping around and found some fun designs and incredible deals.

Wait until you see what I found!

I still remember when outdoor area rugs first came out.

There wasn’t a whole lot that I liked but WOW they have come a long way!

There are so many options to choose from now that are both pretty and budget-friendly.

Lately, I’ve been focusing on getting my outdoor living spaces ready.

I think I have my lower deck all figured out but now I’m turning my attention to the Vermont cabin.

My Favorite Outdoor Area Rug

I LOVE the outdoor area rug I have here in NJ.

We have the same design in two sizes that I used to have on my upper and lower decks at my old house.

With the new house, I’m still using them but in different places.

I moved the larger 8×10 area rug to the potager garden for my outdoor dining space.

It looks great there and helps anchor the table and make it feel more like an outdoor dining room.

The smaller one is on my front porch under the swing. I’d like to get another area rug for the rocking chair side of the porch but I think I want to change up the rugs.

I don’t want two different area rugs out there and I’m not interested in getting a third outdoor area rug in the same design.

So it’s time to change things up!

Area Rugs for Outdoor Living Spaces

I am a huge fan of Boutique Rugs, Walmart, and Target as sources for outdoor area rugs.

I’m not sure which direction I’ll go for the front porch yet, but this is what I’m loving now!
