I mean, how exciting is it that we are appearing on an episode of HGTV’s Househunters? Pretty exciting!!! It all happened so fast! Since the episode has not aired yet, we don’t want to give away the game show element of the program, but we did pick a home in Southern Vermont that was the best fit for our family and lifestyle.
We filmed in both May and June over the course of five days: one in our hometown and four in Vermont. Filming the episode was super fun with a lot of laughs, so it will be interesting to see what airs in the episode.
The crew was approachable and easy to work with. Their friendly and engaging personalities helped us feel very comfortable during filming and we enjoyed every moment of working with them.
Since filming concluded, we have been working hard on making improvements and doing a bunch of DIY projects to save some money. We are so excited to share them with you but will not post them until after the episode airs so we don’t give away the ending!
