In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in heavy whipping cream.
Gently spoon into pie crust.
Garnish with shaved chocolate or cookie crumbs if desired.
Refrigerate immediately until serving.
To make the cookie crumble crust:
1 1/4 Cup Chocolate Cookies (about 20 cookies crushed)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Melted Butter, Salted
Combine the ingredients, press into a 9" pie plate, and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Allow cooling before filling with the peanut butter mixture.
You can use block cream cheese instead of whipped cream cheese but allow it to soften before mixing it with ingredients.
