  • Preheat oven for 400

  • Rough chop the onion
  • Slice chorizo into 1/5s
  • Halve each ear of corn
  • Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil
  • Divide all ingredients among each of the foil evenly
  • Top with 1 tbsp of butter
  • Top with 1 Tbsp of Evoo
  • Season with Old Bay
  • Cut 4 more pieces of alumnion foil
  • Place on top of the ingredients and close all the edges to seal
  • Place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 30-40 min on 400. Make sure potates are fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Tip Keep Shrimp Tasting Fresh
  • Place shrimp in stock pot
  • Fill halfway with water
  • Add ice
  • Slice 1 lemon
  • Add lemon slices and squeeze some juice into the stockpot
  • Sit for 30 min
