Add cranberry sauce, apple juice, sugar, and mustard to a bowl and mix well.
Pour cranberry mixture over pork tenderloin.
Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours.
Remove pork tenderloin to a platter and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Combine cold water and cornstarch in a sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat and stir continuosly until it thickens.
Add juices from the crockpot to the saucepan and boil until it thickens to make a cranberry sauce. Stir well while it's cooking.
