Shrimp
Thawed, Cleaned and Deveined

Salted Butter
(1.5 sticks of butter)
¼
cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2
cloves
Garlic
minced
Salt and Pepper to taste

bunch Parsely
cut up, roughly 1/8-1/4 cup (or a handful)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place shrimp, butter, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chopped parsley in a roasting or casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked and no longer translucent. (Cooking time could be more or less depending on your oven)
Mix the shrimp up halfway through cooking to make sure it fully cooks.
Boil and prepare pasta
Serve and enjoy on it's own or over a bowl of pasta like spaghetti, linguini or fettucine.
Notes
If you are low carbing, serve as is. Or you can serve over linguini or spaghetti (any pasta you have on hand can work too).
