  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spread the can of strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the strawberry pie filling. Do not stir.
  • Place pats of butter evenly over the top of the dry cake mix. Try to cover as much of the dry mix as possible.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the cake cool slightly before serving.
