  • 2 Cups Fresh Basil
  • 1-2 Cloves Large Garlic Cloves Minced
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
  • ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cup Pine Nuts
  • ¼ Tsp Salt to taste
  • Tsp Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut fresh basil from the garden or pick up from the market.
  • Rough chop basil so it blends easily.
  • Mince garlic.
  • Add to blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust ingredients to taste.

Notes

• add more extra virgin olive oil if consistency is too thick
