  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Bake Flatbread for 5 min to toast.
  • Slice pear and onion.

Notes

Use half the arugula before baking and top it off with the rest after for a fresh look.
You can make this recipe with feta instead of mozzarella, just add it after baking flatbread before serving.
You don't need the walnuts if you don't want them. I prefer this dish without the crunch.
