  • 1 package spinach
  • 1 package strawberries sliced in half, tops removed
  • 1 package cigliene fresh mozzarella drained and sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup real maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1 lb meat fish or poultry (optional)


  • Add spinach, strawberries and mozzarella to salad bowl. If adding chicken, fish or meat, add that in too.
  • In a mixing bowl or salad dressing shaker, mix oil, vinegar, maple syrup with salt and vinegar to taste.
  • Add to salad.
  • Mix well and serve.
  • Enjoy!
