Quick and Easy Chicken Salad With Grapes Sandwiches

Chop leftovers or a rotisserie chicken and add to a bowl.

Then cut grapes in half and add to chicken.
Next add mayonnaise to chicken and grapes.
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To make sandwiches, spoon chicken salad with grapes into croissants sliced lengthways.
This recipe can be prepared ahead but assemble last minute.
