The Coziest Recipe for Chicken Soup Homemade

Gather the ingredients.
Chop celery and carrots.
Chop one onion.
Heat 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil over medium high heat.
Saute veggies until soft and cook down.
While veggies cook, chop chicken.
When veggies are cooked, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
Add stock and two cups of water then bring to boil.
Then add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Then cook small pasta per package directions.
Garnish with shaved parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
Serve and Enjoy!
