The Best Recipe for Bruschetta Tomatoes

Chop fresh tomatoes, mince 4 cloves of garlic and cut basil into thin strips.
Drain tomatoes in collander for an hour and add a few dashes of salt.
Then add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well (click to see full recipe).
Slice bread into thin slices.
Toast bread slices.
Top bruschetta tomatoes on toasted bread slices.
This recipe can be prepared ahead but assemble last minute.
Serve immediately after assembling.
