The BEST Dip of Spinach Artichoke Recipes

Gather the ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400 and mince garlic.
Chop one can artichoke hearts.
Heat 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat.
Saute onions until soft and translucent.
While onions cook, add 1/4 cup mayo to bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of cream cheese.
Kick it up a notch with some hot sauce (about 1 Tbsp).
Next add 1/2 Cup Mozzarella and 2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese. Mix well.
When onions are cooked, add garlic and spinach, then cook down.
After spinach cooks down, add artichoke and cook for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
Mix in the cheese mixture and pour into greased baking dish. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite raw vegetables, crackers or crunchy breads.
