Remove the pilea plant from its container.

Then pot up each baby plant in smaller pots with fresh potting soil too.

Keep these plants in indirect bright light. Allow to dry out between waterings. Fertilize with a slow release fertilizer in early spring and again in summer based on the package recommendations.
