Easy Cranberry Crockpot Pork Loin

Gather the ingredients.
Place pork in crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, add jellied cranberry.
Add 1/2 cup apple juice.
Then add 1/4 cup of sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons dijon or spicy mustard.
Mix well.
Pour mixture over pork and slow cook for 6-8 hours.
When done cooking, remove from crockpot and allow to rest.
Add 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch to saucepan and heat over medium high heat.
Stir constantly until it starts to thicken.
Add juices from crockpot and bring to boil.
Stir constantly and emove from heat when thick and bubbly.
Pour cranberry sauce over pork and enjoy!
